1st Course: 

Stuffed Olives Ascolana Style

A Le Marche classic, these green Ascolana olives are stuffed with a rich mixture of pork, beef, and veal, then breaded and fried to golden perfection.

Baccalà Crudo with Fennel and Orange

Thinly sliced salted fresh cod served crudo-style


2nd Course: 

Fava Beans

dill, anchovy, and capers

Passatelli in Brodo

made from breadcrumbs, parmigiano, and egg, served in a delicate chicken broth


3rd Course: 

Ricotta Ravioli 

 fresh greens and lemon butter

Vincisgrassi Lasagna with Veal and Porcini

veal ragu, porcini mushrooms, béchamel 


4th Course: 

Sea Bass

spicy tomato sauce, capers, olives, white wine

Rabbit

fennel, pancetta, and roasted potatoes


5th Course:

Crema Fritta, 

orange & anisette
